Ok as the wonderful pe rep i'm hoping everyone will at least participate in one or two item to score some points for the class. every participation in an event will earn 1 point for the class, u dont have to really train, just be present for the event and that will earn the class 1 point =D

for those really wanna chiong ppl u can also do ur best ^^

so the events are as follow:

110m Hurdles
400m Hurdles
High Jump
Long Jump
Triple Jump
Pole vault (not recommended for non polevaulters, which is everyone, cos its kinda dangerous)
Discus
Shot Put
Javelin
3000m Steeplechase
4x100m (Inter-CT Boys)
4x100m (Inter-CT Girls)
8x200 (Inter-CT Mixed, 4boys 4girls, i not sure which one i am maybe i qualify for both maybe none >.<)

Each participant may enter a max of 2 individual events and any number of Inter-CT relays, so lets say jianrui can enter for all the inter-CT relays and join 3000m steeple and 5000m

Uh i hope everyone can choose some event to join in the name of fun and trying out, who knows u might just get a placing =DD

Basically thats it if u wanna join anything look for me, sms, email, msn, yell, scream at me to give u the form to sign and stuff
